We mentioned in our Team Member Spotlight, ‘from the beginning we saw tremendous potential in Jesus and we know he is well on his way on becoming a director of his own team’ we weren’t joking! Jesus has been helping lead our team to success since he arrived at Lucio Marketing back in November 2016. When we brought Jesus on board our ever-growing team he showed a great student mentality. He was eager to learn what we do for our Fortune 100 clients.
Like everyone else on our team, Jesus went through our entry-level training program and with our proper training and guidance Jesus has grown to the great leader we knew he would be.
Now Jesus is runs his own firm and has branched out to Laredo TX.
Becoming an owner has been one of the best experiences of my life – when starting at Lucio Marketing I didn’t expect to find myself growing this fast. The company gave me the training and knowledge to evolve as a person and as a businessman. Now I look forward in doing the same for the team I grow in Laredo, TX.
The future looks bright for the team at our Laredo branch. Due to the explosive expansion in the Laredo market, Director of Operations; Jesus is actively seeking Marketing and Management Trainees to join his growing firm in the Laredo TX area.
